Teen nears trial in school attack plot

Andrew Osantowski, accused of planning a Columbine-style massacre at Chippewa Valley High School, is charged with nine felonies including threatening an act of terrorism. The judge said he would decide this week whether to drop two terrorism charges. Getting the court to agree to drop, according to Wayne State law professor Peter Henning, won\'t be easy because it rarely interferes with a case prior to a jury decision.
