Healthcare: Oakwood Southshore Medical Center, Trenton, has hired Dr. Veronica Schimp, D.O., gynecologic oncologist. Schimp is an assistant professor at Wayne State University's School of Medicine and also served as a fellow in the department of gynecologic oncology at the University of Texas.
