Wayne State University appoints real estate officer

Wayne State University appoints real estate officer
 
Brinda Devine of Oak Park has joined the Finance and Facilities Management Division of Wayne State University as real estate officer.  The appointment was announced by John Davis, vice president of finance, treasurer and chief financial officer of the university.
 
Devine, who has more than 12 years experience in commercial real estate, will be responsible for the acquisition and disposition of real estate properties as well as negotiating and administering lease agreements.
 
A licensed real estate broker, she was formerly vice president with Acquest Realty Advisors of Bloomfield Hills. She earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from Wayne State.
