First among presidential hopefuls Michigan likely to see

The 2008 presidential aspirants are already beginning to campaign in Michigan and other states. Professor Marc Kruman, director of the Center for the Study of Citizenship at Wayne State, says presidential hopefuls must start campaigning as soon as the last presidential election ends if they hope to raise money and support they'll need to win the nomination. \"If the candidates wait much longer, it\'s likely to be too late. We have a perpetual campaign for the presidency. It never ends. The candidates change but the cycle continues,\" Kruman adds.
