Super Bowl in Detroit: A proud town, a once-proud team

The Detroit Lions photo and artifacts exhibit at the Walter P. Reuther Library is discussed in a story about the team's eight decades of highs and lows. Among the guests at the exhibit's opening Thursday was Wally Triplett, a Lion in 1949 and 1950 and one of the first African-American players in the N.F.L. A photo of Triplett looking over some images from the Reuther's "Double Coverage" exhibit accompanies the story.
