A crane lifted the final beam into place in a topping off ceremony for Wayne State University\'s newest residence hall. The $45-million, 297,000-square-foot structure will be the third residential hall completed in four years as WSU tries to turn its campus into an around-the-clock environment. The hall on WSU\'s main campus will contain 900 rooms and is set to open in fall 2005.
