Robert Sedler, a constitutional law professor at Wayne State University commented to the Detroit News about the case of two young teens yet to be charged with killing their unborn child. "[Consent] is not a defense to a criminal prosecution," said Sedler. "This is what happened to Dr. Kevorkian."
