51st Annual ON STAGE! Dance Performances for Children

Wayne State University and the Maggie Allesee Department of Dance are proud to announce Travels with Professor Bugs: A Musical Adventure, the 51st annual ON STAGE! Dance Performances for Children at the Community Arts Auditorium at Wayne State University, November 16 and 18-20, 2004. This year, the inimitable Freda Frump and WSU Dance CompanyONE join children on a delightful journey with Professor Bugs in pursuit of a rare and exotic fly.

The concert begins with a video presentation of some of WSU's own musicians performing an original composition. Professor Bugs encounters instruments of the orchestra as he travels through land, desert and sea! The exciting journey concludes with The Adventure, a thrilling work crafted specially for children by guest artist Anh Nguyen of HNM Dance Company.
