Hillegonds loses seat on Wayne State Board

The race to fill two seats on the WSU Board of Governors is the lead item in this article summarizing election results for Michigan's three largest public universities. Republican Paul Hillegonds failed in his bid to retain his seat on the WSU Board. Democrats Annetta Miller and Tina Abbott had the most votes in the Wayne State race. The top two vote-getters win eight-year terms.
