Randall Wilger, a former director of business and finance for the Wayne State University Law School, has been named special assistant on volunteerism to Chief Justice Maura Corrigan of the Michigan Supreme Court. Wilger, a former 12-year volunteer member of the state Foster Care Review Board, will be responsible for finding ways to help Michigan's foster children.
