Sponsored by Wayne State University's Walter P. Reuther Library, College of Urban, Labor and Metropolitan Affairs (CULMA) and the President's Commission on the Status of Women, using documents, photographs and other objects from over 100 of the library's collections, the exhibit tells a story of women social reformers and their empowerment through collective action.
Focusing on the significance of the historical development and influence of the women's movement, the exhibit offers an illustration of courageous and visionary women who forever changed the American social landscape.
