Law professor David Moran will be the guest speaker at a Detroit/Wayne County Criminal Advocacy Program seminar Sept. 17 at the Coleman A. Young Municipal Center Auditorium. The Crawford decision limited the admissibility of certain hearsay statements. Moran will explain the implications of the decision for trial attorneys.
