Wayne State University's department of biological sciences to host Hope College Natural Sciences dean for educational talk

Where: Wayne State University's Bernath Auditorium, David Adamany Undergraduate Library

James Gentile's presentation will focus on ways to enhance science learning for undergraduate students particularly those at research universities such as Wayne State.

Research universities are noted for advancing scientific knowledge on a graduate level. Unfortunately for undergraduate students at the research universities, such advanced scientific knowledge isn't always filtered down in a way that can be understood or appreciated by them.

Wayne State University is a premier institution of higher education offering more than 350 academic programs through 13 schools and colleges to more than 33,000 students in metropolitan Detroit.
