The long-awaited fifth book in the Harry Potter series "The Order of the Phoenix," will be the guest of honor at the Barnes & Noble Wayne State Bookstore's release party on Saturday, June 21, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. The bookstore is on Warren and Cass on Wayne State's main campus.

Beth Jachimiak, supervisor of the bookstore's trade department, said there would be plenty of activities centered on adventures and games in the book. The first chapter of the book will also be read at noon.

Children and parents can pre-order books and pick them up at the release party. The 896-page book sells for $29.99 plus tax.
