February 6, 2002 - The Wayne State University College of Nursing will host its annual Research Day at 4 p.m. on Wednesday, March 20 on the university's main campus.
The event begins at the Spencer M. Partrich Auditorium at the Law School with the Katharine Faville Lecture presented by Mikel Gray, PhD, RN, CUNP, CCCN, FAAN, professor of nursing and clinical assistant professor of urology at the University of Virigina. Gray will discuss Evidence Based Practice: Nursing Research and the Re-Emergence of Continence Care.
Following the lecture, attendees are invited to a poster presentation and reception sponsored by Sigma Theta Tau's Lamda Chapter on the third floor of the Cohn Building where the research efforts of College of Nursing faculty and students will be highlighted.

Research Day concludes with the College of Nursing Alumni Association's Alumni Awards Dinner at the Atheneum Suite Hotel. Honorees include:
