Author honored by Wayne State Board of Governors

History Professor Mel Small (third from left) receives a Wayne State University Board of Governors Faculty Recognition Award from board chairperson Annetta Miller (right) of Huntington Woods. Small, who resides in Royal Oak, was honored for publication of his book, The Presidency of Richard Nixon. Small concludes that Nixon's domestic achievements have been underestimated or ignored, while his foreign policy was less successful than claimed.
