Leonard Woodcock Memorial to be held March 24: Wayne State University

DETROIT - A public memorial for Leonard Woodcock, labor leader, U.S. ambassador and educator, will be held March 24 at Wayne State University's Community Arts Auditorium in Detroit, Mich., from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. A reception in the Woodcock Wing of the Reuther Library will follow.

Several distinguished speakers will be participating in the program including:

Minister Liu Xiao Ming, deputy ambassador, Embassy of the People's Republic of China to the United States
