DETROIT - January 17, 2001 -- Detroit-based Oliver Dewey Marcks Foundation has presented WDET-FM, Detroit Public Radio, with a grant of $100,000 that will enable the station to conduct a listener survey, upgrade its website audio streaming and develop a strategic management plan.
"We're proud to be associated with WDET in this worthwhile endeavor," said John M. Chase, Jr., president of Oliver Dewey Marcks Foundation. "The important role that WDET plays in the community will be strengthened by this grant."
