Now is your chance to skate with an NCAA Division I men's hockey team.
Fans are invited to skate with the Wayne State Warriors on Saturday, Jan. 15, at the Michigan State Fairgrounds Coliseum following the team's 7 p.m. game against the State University of New York-Brockport. All you need is your own pair of skates; all ages are welcome.
In addition to the post game skating session, the first 1,000 kids age 17 and younger will receive free team photographs, which players will be available to sign. Also, fans bringing cameras can get their photos taken with team members.
Tickets are $10 reserved; $8 general admission; $4 for those 18 and younger; and free for Wayne State students. Parking is $5.
For ticket availability information call (313) 577-4280; for more information on Warriors hockey call Lisa McCoy, sports information director, at (313) 5777542.
