Kevin Nealon, former Saturday Night Live "Weekend Update" anchorman and half of the workout team of "Hans and Franz" will perform at noon Thursday ,March 4, in the Community Arts Auditorium at Wayne State University.
Nealon, the longest-running cast member in the history of SNL, was nominated for an Emmy Award as part of the show's writing team. Some of his best-known characters include Subliminal Man, Larry King, Sam Donaldson, Mr. No Depth Perception and Ganon P.I., P.I.
The performance is free and sponsored by the Student Council University Program Board. The event is funded by the omnibus fee and is open only to WSU students, faculty and staff.
Tickets are required for entry and are available by calling the Student Center and Program Activities office at (313) 577-3444.
