U.S. Rep. Lynn Rivers, D-Ann Arbor, will speak on "Legal and Political Sanctions for Presidential Misconduct" at noon Thursday, Nov. 12, in room 103of the Wayne State University Law School classroom building.
Rivers, who represents the 13th Congressional District, serves on House Budget, Science and Corrections Committees. She is a WSU Law School graduate.
