Peter Senge will be the guest speaker June 30 at an all-day seminar sponsored by the Wayne State University College of Lifelong Learning. Senge is author of The Fifth Discipline: The Art and Practice of the Learning Organization.
Senge will present "Building Learning Teams: Removing the Limits." He will discuss how to build teams and sustain competitive advantage. Participants will practice exercises that help them change the way they think and interact while learning new skills, beliefs and new assumptions.
The seminar is part of the Distinguished Speaker Series "Lessons in Leadership." It will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at Burton Manor, 27777 Schoolcraft Road, Livonia.
Tickets cost $399 each for one or two people; $379 each for three to nine people; $369 each for 10 to 19 people; $359 each for 20 to 29 people; and $349 each for 30 people or more.
