The Episcopal Chaplaincy at Wayne State University will sponsor a fund-raising event on the opening night of The Lady's Not for Burning, at 8 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 2, at the Hilberry Theatre.
A wedding, two pending deaths and the prospect of love enliven the plot of the Christopher Fry comedy that opens the theatre's 35th season.
The chaplaincy offers discounted tickets at $5 for students, faculty and staff, $10 for adults and $25 for patrons. Light refreshments will be served during the intermission.
Proceeds will benefit the chaplaincy. For more information call (313) 577-8306.
