John Witter, associate director of admissions at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, has been named director of Wayne State University admissions.
Witter has served at UNLV since 1992. Prior to moving to Nevada he was associate director of admissions and financial aid services at Syracuse University.
Witter has a BA in education, a master's of public administration from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and a doctorate in education administration, all from Syracuse University, and a master's in psychological foundations, guidance and counseling from California State University-Northridge.
