The Barbara Ann Karmanos Cancer Institute and the Wayne State University School of Medicine will present a Gastrointestinal Oncology Symposium on Oct. 5.
The symposium will take place from 8 a.m. to 2:45 p.m. at the Detroit Marriott Troy, 200 W. Big Beaver Road, in Troy, Mich.
Keynote speakers are John Strickler, M.D., assistant professor and co-leader of the Duke Molecular Tumor Board, Duke Cancer Center at Duke University, and Boris Pasche, M.D., Ph.D., president and chief executive officer of the Barbara Ann Karmanos Cancer Institute and chair of Oncology at the Wayne State University School of Medicine.
