1. Mazurek Student Lounge (Room 146) – OPEN 24/7

- Channel your inner champion: Lace up for a friendly ping-pong battle, a great way to de-stress, boost your reflexes and get some exercise.
- Master the angles: Put your geometry skills to test with a game of pool. Remember: No scratches on the 8-ball or you’ll forfeit your turn.
- Test your mettle: Shuffleboard is perfect for challenging your patience, precision and strategic thinking, skills that will come in handy during your GA courses and clinical rotations.

2. Scott Hall Relaxation Room (Room 1328) – OPEN 24/7
Looking for a quiet space to relax and recharge between classes? Head to the Student Relaxation Room in Scott Hall, Room 1328.
This space, created in 2022 based on student feedback, offers a variety of options to suit your needs:
- Catch up with friends: Grab a seat at one of the high-top tables with TVs, perfect for catching a game or chatting with classmates.
- Socialize or study: Relax in a comfortable booth – ideal for a group-study sessions or card games.
- Recharge for your next class: Need a quick power nap? Stretch out on the comfy lounge seating and rejuvenate before your next session.

Opened in 2022, the UHC Suite 6E is a sprawling 5,400-square-foot sanctuary designed specifically for student wellbeing. This gem offers a variety of resources to help you unwind, recharge and focus on studies.

- 21 private rooms: Enjoy peace in a private room, perfect for studying, napping or taking a break
- Large conference room: Need a space for a group study session or meeting? The UHC Suite has you covered

This no-frills 24/7 gym is perfect for those who want to get down to business. Channel your inner fitness icon – whether it’s Jen Selter or Simeon Panda – with equipment:
- Treadmills: Burn calories and improve cardiovascular health
- Elliptical machines: Get a low-impact workout that’s easy on your joints
- Free weights: Build strength and muscle tone with a variety of free weight options

Unleash Your inner Warrior at this state-of-the-art facility that boasts four levels packed with everything you need to elevate your workout routine:
- Lower level: Get pumped with Hammer Strength plate-loaded equipment, free weights and a dedicated space for personal training assessments. Relax and unwind after your workout in the massage studio, or freshen up in the men’s, women’s or unisex locker rooms.
- First floor: Whether you're crushing cardio on the latest equipment, finding your Zen in the stretching area or scaling the 30-foot climbing wall, the first floor caters to a variety of fitness preferences. Ladies can enjoy a women’s only workout area, while everyone can browse WSU merchandise or grab a snack at the concession stand.
- Second floor: Hone your teamwork skills on the multi-purpose courts perfect for basketball, volleyball, badminton and pickleball. Get your sweat on in the group fitness studios or unwind in the study lounge after your workout. Day lockers are available for your convenience.
- Third floor: Lace up your shoes and hit the one-mile walking/running track (14 laps for the full distance). Challenge yourself with additional cardio equipment like stationary bikes, recumbent bikes and rowers. Don’t forget to cool down in the dedicated stretch and tone area.

For aquatic enthusiasts or those seeking a more traditional gym setting, head to the Matthaei Physical Education Center. Matthaei offers a competitive swimming pool, full-sized gymnasiums, a weight room, outdoor tennis courts and outdoor intramural fields.
