Mott Center celebrates 50th year with Ovarian Cancer Symposium 2023 on Oct. 10.

The C.S. Mott Center for Human Growth and Development at the Wayne State University School of Medicine, in celebration of its 50 years of research and training in personalized approaches to medical treatment and care that improves health outcomes for women, men and children in Detroit and around the world, will conduct the day-long Ovarian Cancer Symposium 2023 on Oct. 10.

The symposium, which will run from 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m., will take place at the Mott Center, located at 275 E. Hancock in Detroit.

Daniela Matei, M.D., the Diana, Princess of Wales Professor of Cancer Research, and professor of Medicine and of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Feinberg School of Medicine at Northwestern University, is the keynote speaker.
