WISE program seeks feedback

The Wayne State University School of Medicine has launched a program to enhance the culture of continuous quality improvement and encourage suggestions and feedback.

The Warrior Improvements and Solutions by Engagement, or WISE, program is a transparent process to provide each stakeholder at the School of Medicine the opportunity to provide suggestions and feedback. The WISE Program will ensure a 360-degree philosophy of continuous quality improvement and change management.

The program has a routing team to review suggestions and determine the specific department to address a possible solution. Once feedback is submitted, the individual will receive a confirmation email. Once the routing team has shared the information with the appropriate contact, the individual who submitted the suggestion will be contacted.

All medical students, faculty and staff are encouraged to participate. The form is available at forms.wayne.edu/wise/.
