Dr. Jeffrey Zonder leading OncLive Summit Sept. 13 in Dearborn

Jeffrey Zonder, M.D., professor of Oncology for the Wayne State University School of Medicine and leader of the myeloma multidisciplinary subgroup for the Barbara Ann Karmanos Cancer Institute, will lead OncLive's upcoming State of the Science Summit on Hematologic Malignancies.

The summit will take place Sept. 13, from 5 to 9 p.m., at The Henry, Autograph Collection, in Dearborn.

Dr. Zonder will be joined by a panel of esteemed faculty. This program is designed to educate health care professionals on the clinical benefits associated with new science driving thinking in cancer management.

Attendees will enhance their knowledge of novel treatment approaches and gain a better understanding in order to apply state-of-the-art treatment strategies as part of their patients' care.

There will be a networking session mid-way through the evening during which attendees can meet the program speakers and enjoy dinner and drinks. The evening will also include a Peer Exchange question and answer panel to give attendees an opportunity to ask questions of the speakers regarding their discussion.

The program is directed toward community oncologists interested in the treatment of patients with hematologic malignancies. Fellows, nurse practitioners, nurses, physician assistants, researchers and other health care professionals interested in the treatment of hematologic malignancies are also invited to attend.

• Hodgkins Lymphoma and T-Cell Lymphoma
