Dr. Peter Karpawich earns Marquis Lifetime Achievement Award

Wayne State University School of Medicine Professor of Pediatrics Peter P. Karpawich, M.D., was awarded the Marquis Lifetime Achievement Award, an honor reserved for those previously listed in Marquis Who's Who have demonstrated leadership, excellence and longevity within their respective industries and profession.

Marquis Who's Who was founded by Albert Nelson Marquis in 1899 as a biographical reference for a variety of fields, including health care and science.

Dr. Karpawich specializes in pediatric cardiology. He is director Cardiac Arrhythmia Services at the Detroit Medical Center's Children's Hospital of Michigan.
