Registration is now open for Future Docs, an annual event hosted by the Wayne State University School of Medicine Alumni Association showcasing a variety of fun and fascinating workshops on medicine and science taught by Wayne State University School of Medicine alumni, students and faculty.
The event is open to children 6 to 12 years old, and includes lunch, a Future Docs T-shirt and a backpack.
The hands-on workshops are designed to pique the interest of children with an early introduction and appreciation for science that may blossom into medical careers.
Future Docs will be held from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. March 24 in Scott Hall. All children are required to be accompanied by an adult. For questions, contact alumni@med.wayne.edu or call 877-WSU-MED1.
