"We are hopeful that knowing that their child will face immunization requirements at 94 percent of these colleges, that 46 percent of universities disallow philosophical exemptions outright and that almost half (47 percent) of these universities have more immunization requirements than necessitated by their state law, will help the vaccine-hesitant family lean toward vaccination," Noesekabel said.
