Dr. Tsilimingras elected to Michigan Primary Care Consortium Executive Committee

Dennis Tsilimingras, M.D., M.P.H., assistant professor and director of Patient Safety in the Wayne State University School of Medicine's Department of Family Medicine and Public Health Sciences, was elected to the Michigan Primary Care Consortium's Executive Committee.

Dr. Tsilimingras, who also serves as co-program director of the Michigan Area Health Education Center, will serve a two-year term on the committee.

The consortium is a multi-stakeholder, non-profit organization with a mission of convening stakeholders to exchange knowledge facilitating the delivery of effective and efficient patient-centered models of primary care in Michigan. It is a leading advocate for the Patient-Centered Medical Home approach and chronic disease prevention.
