Through the Co-Curricular Programs' Raising Our Community's Knowledge - STEM Youth Literacy Program, advised by Co-Curricular Programs' Director Jennifer Mendez, Ph.D., elementary students from the Detroit Public Schools' Clark Preparatory Academy and Dixon Educational Learning Academy will also receive tutoring, mentoring and hands-on "exposure" activities at monthly sessions led by medical student volunteers.
