Marc Lewis, M.D., named Women's and Children's Services director for Genesys

Marc Lewis, M.D., Class of 1994, has been named the director of Women and Children's Services for Genesys Regional Medical Center in Michigan.

In this newly created position, he will lead the clinical teams for women and children's services to ensure the community receives the best quality care. He also will work to expand specialized services for the program.

Dr. Lewis previously served as service chief of Women's Health Services for the Henry Ford Health System in Detroit.

He also has a master's degree in business administration in health care from George Washington University in Washington, D.C. He is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology, and has been a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology since 2001. He is a member of the American College of Physician Executives, the American College of Healthcare Executives, the National Medical Association and the Michigan State Medical Society.

Dr. Lewis also serves as an assistant professor of clinical medicine at the Wayne State University School of Medicine.

His office will be at Genesys Regional Medical Center's Health Park Campus in Grand Blanc Township, Mich.
