Nadia Tremonti, M.D., Class of 2002, recently spoke about the balance between medicine and religion at Western Michigan University, her undergraduate alma mater.
Dr. Tremonti, assistant professor of Pediatrics at the Wayne State University School of Medicine, and medical director for the Pediatric Palliative Care Team at Children's Hospital of Michigan and the Kaleidoscope Kids Team at Henry Ford Hospice in Detroit, spoke on "The Fine Line Between Culture and Crazy: A Doctor's Experience Balancing Medicine with Religion in Critically Ill Patients" on Oct. 6.
