WSU Physician Group: Panel discussion

Discuss group practice on March 10
A special luncheon and panel discussion on the formation of a single, multispecialty group practice will be held at 11:30 a.m., Thursday, March 10, in the Charlotte Failing Room in the Kresge Eye Institute. Faculty are invited to listen as colleagues from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center and the Oregon Health & Science University share their experiences in the formation, operation and development of a multispecialty group practice at their respective institutions. Presenters will include Richard Krugman, M.D., dean of the School of Medicine and president of the practice plan at University of Colorado Health Sciences Center; Lilly Marks, senior associate dean for administration and finance at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center; Thomas Heckler, chief executive officer of Oregon Health & Science University Medical Group; and Paul Kirk, M.D., professor of obstetrics and gynecology and past president of the Oregon Health & Science University Medical Group. Faculty will have the opportunity to ask questions during the event.
