Princeton Review lawsuit resolved

A lawsuit filed by the AAMC against The Princeton Review in 2003 has been settled. The association sued the company for copyright infringement and state law violations after learning that individuals were taking the Medical College Admission Test and preparing reports for The Princeton Review at its request. While The Princeton Review denied that its practices were unlawful, the company voluntarily discontinued them once the AAMC objected and took legal action. The Princeton Review is no longer conducting the program challenged by the AAMC; the association is satisfied that their actions did not result in examinees having gained access to secure MCAT questions.
