A new semiannual online humanities and literature journal has been launched for the academic medicine community. Hospital Drive will publish literature, art and personal essays by faculty and staff of academic medical institutions, particularly works that examine the themes of health, illness and healing. The inaugural issue will be released this summer. All submissions will be reviewed anonymously by an editorial board; poems, short fiction, personal essays, reviews, photography and visual art (painting, drawing, sculpture, mixed media) will be considered.
