Gill named state relations director

Dana Gill has joined the Office of Government and Community Affairs as the legislative director for state relations. Gill will coordinate Wayne State University's advocacy efforts from a new office in Lansing, Mich. Gill attended WSU as a Presidential Scholar and graduated with a bachelor's degree in Political Science. Since 2003, she has worked for the Michigan House of Representatives as a policy advisor on higher education, capital outlay and state appropriations issues. In her role with the House of Representatives, Dana provided analytical support and strategic advice while working with members of the administration, Senate chamber and outside interest groups.
