The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention have published the 30th annual report on the nation's health. " Health , United States , 2006" includes trends and data on health status, health-care use, health-care resources and health-care expenditures. Much of the data includes information on racial, ethnic and socioeconomic disparities in health. The report also includes a chartbook, "Trends in the Health of Americans," which assesses the current state of the nation's health and how it is changing.
