AAMC announces compact between postdocs and their mentors

The AAMC Executive Council has endorsed a "Compact Between Postdoctoral Appointees and Their Mentors," a document intended to initiate discussions at local and national levels about the postdoctoral appointee-mentor relationship and the commitments necessary for a high-quality postdoctoral training experience. The compact was drafted by the AAMC Group on Graduate Research, Education, and Training (GREAT) and its Postdoctorate Committee. The association encourages members of the postdoctoral community to use and share this document. For more information, please visit http://www.aamc.org/postdoccompact.
