Andrea Roumell Dickson, WSU executive vice president and chief of staff, recently announced that Mark Ankenbauer will be joining WSU as associate vice president for human resources May 31.  Arkenbauer has more than 20 years experience in the human resource arena managing complex and diverse organizations.  He has a proven track record as a motivational leader who fosters teamwork and energizes others, has demonstrated skills in improving existing policies, processes and technologies and has an extensive background in process planning and strategy development.   Arkenbauer earned a bachelor's degree in psychology from Central Michigan University and a master's degree in industrial relations from Wayne State.
