Dean John Crissman has established a committee to identify issues and propose solutions regarding research administration customer service. Please help this effort by reporting any significant problems encountered in relation to the offices of Research and Graduate Programs; Fiscal Affairs; Personnel; Sponsored Programs Administration; Grant Accounting and Reporting; Human Resources; and Purchasing. All concerns should be sent in a bulleted email to Bruce Berkowitz, Ph.D., WSU professor and chair of the committee, at baberko@med.wayne.edu by Thursday, Sept. 26. This information will be summarized in a report; no names will be associated with any information received.
