Clinical Training: Domestic violence workshop

"Promoting Patient Screening for Domestic Violence and Abuse," an award-winning workshop created by the WSU School of Medicine and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, is being offered to physicians and health-care providers throughout Michigan. The program, which was previously only available to WSU residents, was developed with the help of First Step Domestic Violence Agency and the Wayne County Prosecutor's Office to stress the importance of routine screening for domestic abuse.
