The WSU Medical Alumni Association is hosting is 11th annual Freedom Festival Fireworks Spectacular and Pool Party at 6 p.m., on Wednesday, June 23, at the Hotel Ponchartrain. The event includes a barbecue dinner, swimming in the terrace pool with a lifeguard on duty and plenty of entertainment for both kids and adults.

Space is limited to 400 people. Reserved parking is available for $15. Guests ages 11 and up are $55 for alumni association members and $60 for non-members. Children ages 5 through 10 are $30 for members and $35 for non-members. Children 4 and under are free.
