John Lillvis, a student in the WSU School of Medicine M.D./Ph.D. program, recently received a prestigious fellowship from the National Institutes of Health. The grant covers Lillvis's stipend, National Research Service Award-level tuition and health-care costs for six years. The title of the project is "Immunity and the Pathogenesis of Abdominal Aortic Aneurysms."
