JaVar Myatt-Jones, a third-year WSU medical student, recently won a position in the prestigious Doris Duke Clinical Research Fellowship program at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill for the 2006-07 academic year. He will take a year off of medical school to pursue this opportunity.
