All seven WSU students who took the American Board of Genetic Counseling/American Board of Medical Genetics certification exams passed. Bryanna Cox, Erica Horger, Seema Panchal, Jenny Griffin, Stephanie Hurst, Dima El-Khechen and Kate Shane are now ABGC-certified genetic counselors. The students performed above the mean of all genetic counseling students in North America with only one exception. Of particular note is their performance in areas related to clinical genetics laboratory issues.
