Sinai-Grace/WSU internal medicine residency gets 100% pass rate

For the fifth year in a row, the Sinai-Grace Hospital/Wayne State University Internal Medicine Residency Program received a 100 percent board pass rate. It is the only internal medicine residency program in the state of Michigan to have accomplished this goal five years in a row. The American Board of Internal Medicine administers an exam to all graduating internal medicine residents. A resident is deemed "board certified" upon passing this two-day exam. The pass rate is one of many measures of quality for a training program.
